What the Ajna App keeps about members, and for how long.
Your account
A member account stores your email, the optional name you gave at sign-up and a scrambled (hashed) password. Your boards are stored with your account and are only visible to you.
IP addresses
IP addresses are kept for security and abuse prevention, only while the account exists plus 90 days.
We record the IP address used when you sign up and the one used at your latest sign-in. Only the club admin can see them. They are never shown publicly or used for analytics.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. This removes your sign-ins and boards straight away; stored IP addresses are erased 90 days later.
Analytics
Page analytics are anonymous and never include your email, name or IP address.
